Need a quick referral for an ADHD Test?

These few questions will help us understand if you are eligible for a referral for an ADHD assessment from one of our own specialised GPs.

This service is currently only available for people aged 8 and over residing in South Australia.

Please answer truthfully as these questions will help us understand what service is right for you and how quickly you are likely to be seen. Your subsequent appointment will be to discuss a referral for an ADHD Assessment, but we make no guarantees that this will be the outcome and that a referral for an ADHD assessment will only proceed if it is clinically appropriate as determined by our GPs.

As always, we recommend that you see your own regular GP to discuss your health care needs and whether or not you need an ADHD assessment. If you do not have a regular GP or are unable to see your regular GP, we can now help you through one of our ADHD specialised GPs.
